old bank a/c no. in income tax refund order

Respected Sir, I got a refund order from SBI. Unfortunately in this refund order printed Bank A/C is not my current bank a/c no. My Bank A/C was shifted since 2008. My refund order is contain my old bank a/c. So I want to your advise what can I do for correction of my bank a/c no.
Pl. help me.

If you filed an electronic return, then file an online rectification application. Select change in bank particulars and upload the return.
A response sheet will be downloaded which you need to fill up and send to CPC along with a cancelled cheque.
Provide new bank details in the response sheet.
