24 July 2017 My LLP was registered on 22/03/2017 Should I file LLP 8 & 11 by 30th may 17 or can extend financial year to 31st March 2018.

Expert opinion is welcome.

25 July 2017 As LLP is registered after the 01-10-2016 then you have to file LLP Annual Statements & Annual Return in the year 2018.
