Leave encashments after resigned and join new company

22 June 2025 I was working in Non govt Ltd company . after 13 year of service I was resigned and received some Leave encasements. currently I am working with another Ltd company. is my leave enc is taxable under income tax or not?
Kindly suggest. is Gratuity also taxable in this case?
