employee or any person fill ITR2 form online then after press submit button his all detail will be submitted to government.

FOR THIS YOU HAVE TO AVAIL PERMISSION OF INCOME TAX AUTHORITY. ANYWAY THROUGH SOFTWARE YOU CAN ONLY GENERATE XML, WHICH WILL HAVE TO BE UPLOADED AT INCOME TAX PORTAL LOGGING IN THROUGH ID AND PASSWORD.

Tell you senior if you he can make such a software then also tell us all how to make this.
