for how long the issue of 'C' form can be delayed to the vendor ?

c form should be issued to the vendor per quartely,as c form should be surrender to the vat department and vat department keep on pressuerising it is better to issue latestly by end of each finicial year

but i came to know that issue of 'c' form can be delayed for even years.

why to await and allow the opposite party to perssurise you for c form finsh the job as early as poosible
