05 October 2008 for how long the issue of 'C' form can be delayed to the vendor ?

05 October 2008 c form should be issued to the vendor per quartely,as c form should be surrender to the vat department and vat department keep on pressuerising it is better to issue latestly by end of each finicial year

09 October 2008 why to await and allow the opposite party to perssurise you for c form finsh the job as early as poosible
