I have gst liablity in month of september but i have itc in the month of october . How can i adjust my liability and what will be consequences

September liability can't be adjust in October's ITC.

But my advocate is saying only one month interest has to be paid .

You can not utilize Oct-23 ITC against Sept-23 liabilities. You have to pay tax for Sept-23 and claim and utilize ITC in Oct-23
