30 August 2010 Dear Sushant Singh

C Form: This sales decrease the tax rate from Local Vat. Inter State dealer can purchase goods at less tax rate against Form C Now the Cst rate is 2%

Form 31 is changed now its become form 38 .This is road permit or Way bill. When the goods enter inside the up border form 38 is necessary to attached with invoice & LR Copy

Utilization of form 38 is when you purchase goods against form 38
