1. You can get the notification in www.cbec.gov.in and under service tax category .It is been given yearwise ....
2. FOR ALL THE THREE YOU HAVE STATED THE NOTIFICATION NOS IS :1/2006 ....
3. W.E.F. 01.07.2012 SERVICE TAX RULES HAVE BEEN CHANGED ..... NEW NOTIFICATION NOS HAS COME ............. PLS GIVE UR EMAIL ID I WILL PROVIDE THE LATEST NOTIFICATION NOS ....AND THE ABATEMENT RATES ....
