you have to file the corrected ER-1 return manually at your range office and take acknowledgement and show the same to audit party at the time of audit and penalty will be depends upon mistake u could not tell the mistake regarding duty taken or pla wrongly paid or what?

JUST CHANGE THE ER-1 RETURN WITH MODIFIED DETAILS AND FILE THE PHYSICAL RETURN WITH YOUR RANGE OFFICER AND PUT A LETTER REGARDING MISTAKE AND TAKE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM RANGE
