Wrong Payment of TDS in TAN

15 November 2008 We are having 27 TAN in india in different states. While paying the Tax in one state our people have wrongly paid the tax in Corporate TAN instead of their TAN. Kindly advice me in following;

1. What step is to be taken.
2. How can i file my E-returns
3.From where i should issue TDS Certificat.
