Wrong pan on itr

26 November 2011 I have filed ITR-1 for A.Y 2009-10 but by mistake i have shown wrong PAN on it. So now what i have to do for the following two purpose....
(1). To avoid Panalty u/s 272B for quoting Wrong PAN on ITR.
(2) That year i have refund of Rs 10000, so how can i recover it.

further more till now i have not recieved any notice u/s 272B

26 November 2011 1) Penalty is just like punishment, it will be leived only if, mistake is intentional, with mensrea i.e with guilty mind, in yours case penalty would not be leived.

2) You should co-ordinate with your ITO, pleading the wrong PAN.
