what should I do if no refund issue of AY 2008-09, since wrong PAN was quoted in manual return? Please help.

Dear Friend,
you should file the con donation Petition by stating the fact and produce the copy of PAN to the concern ITO.
Also together file the prepare the manual return with correct PAN without changing other info.
