Wrong PAN in TDS Certificate

20 September 2009 One of my Claint running business in Proproitery concern.But he was taken a PAN Card in Individual name and as well as in his Propreitory businees.i.e XYZ Enterprises by submitting labour registration certificate as proof registration for PAN department.NSDL has alloted PAN in his propreitory business also.My Claint has given his firm PAN for TDS deducting claint. They issued a TDS Certificate in firm PAN. After that we have informed to his claint kindly rectified the mistake and issue a TDS certificate in my claint individual PAN. But his claint rejected to issue a fresh TDS.What to do. KIndly give advise to take the TDS Credit to my claint.

21 September 2009 how can NSDL allot Pan in the name of a proprietory concern , it has to be in yr clients name , since its a proprietory concern .
Assuming NSDL has not committed a mistake , request you to kindly confirm post proper facts .
