Wrong mention in the customs

21 October 2019 We have paid in euro while importing as full payment for the consignment where as customs have mentioned currency as dollars though the invoice in euros.
Discrepancy pointed out to customs but till now no response.
Bank is not able to close this transaction in their system.
What is the solution ?

22 October 2019 You need to get amended Bill of Entry.You approch you CHA if you have cleared the consingment through CHA or approch directly in case of self clearance.The Customs may charge penalty for amendment.After amendment the Bill of entry will be reassess and duty will be paid is short payment or get refund by applying refund application if ecess paid.
