Wrong filling of form 103

25 November 2013 my name is Rohit i am going my articleship at present recently i have received a letter that i had wrongly filled the form the mistake was that in page3 of 103 16(a)i filled that i'm not engaged in any business . but unexpectedly in 16(b)i filled that iam an active partner so this was the mistake why they sent the letter . so please advice me what should i send to icai.
plz reply soon.............

26 November 2013 send one more form 103 correctly filled in all respects with a covering letter explaining your case like a reply to letter received from icai
