sir,
what to do when we have given an e-mail id at the time of new registration. whose id password is not known to us and we are unable to open it.
then what will we do for click on link?

Drop in a mail to Aayakar Sampark Kendra (ASK) stating that you have inadvertently misplaced the e-filing details, viz, the password, the security question and the reply to the security question of your client. Provide them then name, PAN, Address and date of incorporation/ birth of the client. Thereafter they will generate a new password and mail it to you on your e-mail address. The entire process may take about 1 week or so. Keep following up with ASK at 0124-2438000.
