Wrong date of agm

We have filed form 66 and it has been approved for the F/y 31.03.2012 but by mistake entered the date of AGM as 30.09.2012 which incidentallly falls on a sunday. Form 20B, 23AC and ACA are yet to be filed. Please suggest a course of action which can be followed. Its very urgent.

I would like to know does the AGM held on same date every year. If the date of AGM is same for the past year then there is no issue as the Company's could have AGM on Sunday as well. If this is for the first time on 30.09.2012 then you will have to file an addendum for the same.
