Wrong credit of TDS

Dear forum members,
A person is a director in a private company which is undertaking contracts. All bills are paid to the company after deducting TDS. But the TDS had been wrongly credited in the name of the person. How can this be dealt with? Any one has the clue?

Ask deductor to correct the TDS return

It s nt correct to giv TDS certificat in Directors name.. Ask th deductor to rectify th mistak..
