Wrong balance sheet uploaded bymistake

What to do if a wrong balance sheet is scanned and uploaded in tax audit A.Y. 2014-15. Audit report is correctly uploaded but only balance sheet is wrongly uploaded. Is there any method to rectify it?

Ask the client assessee to reject the audit report uploaded and then resubmit the data again.
