wrong address in pan form

28 April 2009 what sould be done if wrong address has been mentioned in PAN form and status is shown that pan has been delivered to that address. How to recover that pan to the correct address

28 April 2009 fill another form for correction in pan data. At this time you should also tick for New PAN card.

05 November 2009 you cannot get the card which was delivered to that address as per income tax records. but you can apply new card with pan correction form. you need to mention your old PAN number and tick the address column. you need provide address proof and id proof and photo. none of the column should be blank. except address, you have to give correct details as per last time applied.
