Hello,
Just wanted to know the period upto when a company is required to disclose its former name in its balance sheet [For eg. XYZ Limited (Formerly known as ABC Limited)].
Please also give me reference of the Section or Rule of the Companies Act.

generally written till the next balance sheet. I dont think there is any section or rule in companies act

till the closing that financial year , in which company name is changed.
