Would this rates affecct taxation course for nov 2012?

My attempt is due in Nov 2012. Would this budget;s tax rates, whether direct or indirect, effect taxation course? I mean do i need to learn with new rates etc? or it would be applicable after that. thnks

These are proposed changes and will be applicable from date of notification. The cut off date for november 12 is 30 April 12. So the law in force on that date will be applicable to you.
