i make for my brother pan card
but usme last name hai lakin first name nahi hai
mani pan form ke sath board certificate & ration card attach kiya tha
income tax department ke mistake
so koi give me suggestion for
my detail

jise my problem ka discussion kar saku

after submit the pan card application in Govt approved agency Like NSDL uti,bajaj etc they provide an acknowledgement.if they wrongly mentioned the name you are advised to submit copy of acknowledgement & copy of form -49A they will again amend the applicant correct NAME. and also intimate you on your mentioned email id and mobile phone too & will send dispatch through proper channel either courier / speed post.
