No one as such. But people say deloitte is a bit easy. Rest all depends on ur service line and ur manager

It also depends on which department you are into. Viz Audits, Taxation etc.
You can check for employee retention ration. A high employee retention ratio indicates employee friendly environment.
I suggest KPMG / GT.
