When it is to be levied and deducted in case of Delhi & Harayna or is it uniform rate for all India basis as i am doing audit and have come across some invoices where WCT is to be levied . Pls guide in this regard Which type of transaction WCT is to be levied . Whether it can be applied in case of Horticulture work.
