Dear Exparts,
Kindly help me for Imapct of GST on Work Contact service and what is provision for the same.

In GST works contract relates to only immovable property where there is both service and material are involved. There is no partial reverse charge in GST now. Tax rate is 18% with full credits.
Contracts related to movable property where both service and material are involved will come under composite supply or mixed supply as per the case. For more details mail on altamush711@gmail.com
