in work contract can we pay service tax on 33% amount of bill??OR service tax will be on 40% as per new notification???

As per Service tax (Determination of value) Rules, 2012. Following are the values to be determined for payment of service tax :-
Original Works - 40%
Maintenance or Repair or Reconditioning or Servicing of any good - 70%
Other Work Contract- Completion and Finishing Services - 60%
