I have full time CoP of ICAI now I want to join a college as a lecturer on monthly payment basis

Is it permitted by ICAI or not

If yes
Plz refer provision of ICAI

It is urgent

07 June 2014 you are allowed under regulation 190A to do it provided maximum number of hours don't exceed 25 hours.

"Engagement as Lecturer in an University, affiliated college, educational institution, coaching organisation, private tutorship, provided the direct teaching hours devoted to such activities taken together do not exceed 25 hours a week."
