30 January 2013 Company Bill 2012 says that prescribed class of companies must have a woman director. My question is what CLASS oF COMPANIES will have to follow this newly inserted clause.Whether a Private Company also fall under Class of Comapnies.

30 January 2013 not prescribed yet.. it will be prescribed in rules of companies bill 2012 which will come around in feb 2013.
