One of our party at korea has done some installation and commissioning work of equipments at India. They raised the invoice against their work for USD 60000. Now we have to make the payment for this amount.
a. Will this come under the head professional & technical services?

Yes, It will come under the head of Professional and Technical Services.
Withholding rate of tax will be 15%.
