20 December 2010 One of our party at korea has done some installation and commissioning work of equipments at India. They raised the invoice against their work for USD 60000. Now we have to make the payment for this amount.
a. Will this come under the head professional & technical services?
b. What is the rate of withholding tax that i
should deduct from them?
