Suggest me a process to withdraw the amount in EPS account before retirement(At any time).
How much interest will be paid on EFS amount.

You cannot withdraw Family Pension continuing in the same employment.
The only way to withdraw pension is leave the employemnt before ten year of continue service and join other service. At New place you do not show or transfer your period of service of the previous emplyment.
