An existing company filed INC 1 for reserving name. The form is under process and it has not been approved.
Now the company wishes to apply for some other name and to withdraw the existing form under process?
Please guide.

contact to concerned ROC office if they raise any query then resubmit INC 1 with new name.
If they approve the form then file a new INC 1 with a letter of surrender of previously approved name.
If they approve the form then file a new INC 1 with a letter of surrender of previously approved name.
