Winding up a Company

10 August 2010 We had filed an Application u/s 560 of the Companies Act,1956 for stricking off the name of the Company (Private Limited CompanY)in 2003. In response to that, we got two notices at that time, including the Notice u/s 560(3) of the Act, according to which the name of the Company was to be struck off after 3 months of that Notice and it will be published in Official Gazatte.

But, even today, the name of the Company is being shown as "Active" on the MCA Site.

What to do in this situation?
Further, we are unable to see the Official Gazatte as referred above.How can one see it.

1. Check in the official gazette for striking off your company's name. if your Company registered in the mumbai, then visit Central Library, Dhobitaloa

2. visit to the ROC office alongwith the notice recevied under Section 560(3) of the Companies Act
