23 January 2011 Dear Sir,
I wish to clarify the following
1.An auditor can act as Liquidator? even he has signed accounts of the same company?
i.e. An auditor has signed in the Fin Statements upto 31.03.2010 Now that company is going to winding up.In this situation the statutory auditor can act as Liquidator of the same company?

Yes. I know that. But I have some clarification on this issue very particularly.
i.e.

Mr.1.X an auditor has signed in the Fin Statements upto 31.03.2010 of RKS Ltd .Now that company is going to winding up.In this situation the statutory auditor can act as Liquidator of the same company?
