Send sample letter for appointment of liquidator to give in income tax & notice to be published in newspaper.

You have to be a member of the Penal of some High Court and the appointment is done by the High Court if it is liquidation through the court bu if it is voluntary liquidation the you are to be appointed by the company just company has to state that you have been appointed as the official liquidator of the company.
