can any one provide me the detail of exp. in the process of winding up of a company by way of court nd also what documents are required ????

the official liquidator shall within six months, from the date of winding up order, submit a preliminary report to the court regarding :
· Particulars of Capital
· Cash and negotiable securities
· Liabilities
· Movable and immovable properties
· Unpaid calls, and
