i want to start cellphones company in india.

I am having tieup with cellphone manfactures in china and hongkong.so i want some clarrifications about formation of cellphone company in india.

documents required for launching cellphone company in india.

21 January 2009 Start a private limited company with the object of doing business in cellphones and its accesories and manufacture. Then the licence and other things will come.

we have already 3 years old registered company.if we want to do business like nokia means manfactring in china we have strong contact in china.we gave order to that company on the name our brand and promoting in india like we are planning to launch mobiles on new name in india

any licence is required from govt
what kind of documents we will take.
