Will my pf account get no interest at all?

I checked that no Interest On Inactive PF Accounts WEF 1 April 2011.
Let me give you all some of my information.
I joined organisation on 1st September 2006 and I resigned on 5th March 2008. (1 and a half year).
I was not employed since then, as I joined my uncle business, so I didn't have any PF contributions.
From that period, I never thought of withdrawing my PF amount.
My question is.
1) Will the interest be stopped from 1st April 2011 OR there would not be any interest at all?

non contributory accounts would get dormant, and no interest would accure,
better to claim your PF balance refund, by obtaining form 19 and 10B from employer.
