25 September 2013 A private Limited company below Tax audit Limit
my query is a Chartered Accountant uploading 3CA, 3CD report for due date 30/09/2013 or not. and simple Statutory audit report of company uploading IT side a CA or not.

02 October 2013 FORM 3CA-3CD not required if turnover of company not exceeded rs.1 crore

05 October 2013 Since this is non Tax Audit report it has to be uploaded by 30th Sept. 2013. If you load after 30.9.2013 then interest is attracted u/s 234A, B and C on regular basis
