27 June 2023 Recently AIS is moved out from Services tab, when I click on this new AIS sub tab nothing happens, Thanks to CaClubIndia for informing some alternates.
but there must be a reason why standalone AIS not opening on my Win11 with Chrome browser.
I have cleared all (basic & advance) Cookies, No malware according Chrome browser test.
Thanks,
VK

27 June 2023 May be your pop-up window is not allowed to open. Disable it. Or try with another browser. We are not facing the issue.

27 June 2023 I DO appreciate your zeal and deep knowledge of Indian Tax System. Thanks for response. God Bless you & your family.
It's huge system so I do not expect that all inquiries could be resolved on wide variety of PC/Laptop with different OS version and web browsers.
Still my issue is not resolved.
What till now I did.
1. Used Edge browser instead of Chrome
2. Used Incognito mode
3. Cleaned basic & advance cookies and temp. files
4. Pop-up allowed in general
5. Pop-up allowed for incometax site.
6. Malware checked thru Chrome.

May be something else is creating problem , I guess even blue horizontal also not showing due to some problem.
I am little paranoid about computer security so somewhere in Win11 I may have enabled something which is creating side effects.
Thanks to caclubindia to publish alternate way to get AIS.

27 June 2023 Sorry, we do not face the difficulty...
For your convenience, sending link to turn off pop up blocker..
1. https://www.mail.com/blog/posts/allow-pop-ups/129/
OR
2. https://www.isc.upenn.edu/how-to/configuring-your-web-browser-allow-pop-windows

29 June 2023 Thanks for your perseverance to help me in resolving the issue.
I tried both (unblock pop up and block pop up) unfortunately both methods could not resolve the issue.
May be something else is the cause of this problem.

Regards

29 June 2023 Try with different browser, otherwise file complaint under 'Grievances'

29 June 2023 Thanks,
Yes, I did file complain to I.T. Dept grievances, no working response.
Tried different browsers too.
If Possible:
As it's working on your workstation , will it to possible for you to do this test / validation.

1. Disable pop up on your chrome browser.
2. Exit from browser.
3. Power off your workstation.
4. Power On after 5 minutes
Now try, this will show is pop up responsible.

Thanks,
VK

29 June 2023 We are not having any issue on any of our workstations, nor we wish to experiment under such hectic conditions. Advisable to get it downloaded from someone known to you.
