03 October 2012 How to calculate service tax for res. complex construction and i can take cenvat credit for that and send the excel format for that thru work contract method 33%

03 October 2012 Net Rate of s.tax on res. complex is 3.09% of gross amount..
In Such a case u can take Credit of all the s.tax paid on input services and exice paid in capital goods but no credit of s.tax paid on inputs..
