08 February 2009 MY QUESTIN IS BELOW.Which way is the best out of following two way.


1) I Am taking loan of RS.50,000.and bank says me if you give the repayment the total amount (RS.50,000), in one time then we will give u Rs.2000 discount.

2) I am taking same loan of Rs.50,000. and bank says me repay the loan in monthly installment Rs.1000.

Now tell me what is the benefit available to Bank in Case-1. because it is provide me Rs.2000 discount on Rs.50000.

And tell me what is the benefit available to Bank in Case-2.

Net outflow is Rs.48000.

Second case you will be paying 1000 every month. The reamining amount you can
