03 August 2011 Compliances is very high as compare with the partnership. Better to go Proprietorship/Parnership as the case may be for initial period.

03 August 2011 You should go for Partnership business as in company thee are many compliance. You cannot take out money except by ways of salary and that has also some limit. If you do business in the name of a partner ship firm then you are free to deposit and withdraw the money and it is also easy to mange the things. You need not maintain various registers just have a partnership deed and get a certificate from the Registrar of Societies and start the business.
