10 July 2011 My elder brother have a HUF firm. His firm is earning income from only interest and by share trading. Last year he filed ITR-4. For current A.Y. 2011-12 which form is applicable for same sources of income.

10 July 2011 If the share tradind is his business he will have to file ITR4. But if share trading is an investment activity then ITR2 will be sufficient. As last year he has filed ITR 4 , share trading must be his business activity and he has to file ITR4.
