If I have Income from Partnership Firm and Income as per Section 44AD, then which ITR should be used for filing Return for A.Y.2011-12. ITR 4 or ITR 4S ?

29 March 2012 You have to file ITR 4 only since ITR 4S does not have fields to disclose income from partnership firm.

However in ITR 4 you can disclose income under no account case and can be rid of from filling all the pages of ITR-4.
