Dear Sir,
Please Guide Me towards Filling The articleship completion form which i can send to icai at mumbai branch to obtain the articleship completion certificate..
Sir in the first year of articleship i done the articleship under NITIN TOTALA & ASSOCIATES And after completion of first year of articleship i have transfer my articleship to M/S MADHUKA AND ASSOCIATES ..
Sir now please say me that which document should i send to ICAI for obtaining the articleship completion certificate....

send form no 109, duly filled and signed to ICAI

but sir form 108 is compulsory for articleship completion ..
