Which case laws are applicable for nov 13 exam

15 October 2013 I am confused about from where to do case laws for DT and IDT, is it to be done from Nov 13 RTP or from case law book issued by icai for may n Nov 13 exam. and also whether finance act amended upto April 13 in Nov 13 RTP is applicable for this Nov exam.??

15 October 2013 I would suggest follow the RTP..
Pls follow the latest {OCT} Journal issued by ICAI too...

16 October 2013 You need to do both as icai have clearly said in its Oct 2013 edition for students journal that u need to do case law book + additional cases added in rtp nov 2013 for grp2.
