The book should provide good conceptual knowledge in a simple way.

06 November 2012 I would advice you to go through ''Principles of Advanced Management Accountancy'' written by Dr.Girish Ahuja.It is really an excellent book to pass the above exam.However, in addition to above,you should also read very minutely last five years Guideline Answer papers to the Questions set at the C.A. Exams. which is published by the Institute as well as their relevant study notes.
