04 April 2009 Can you suggest me the books:
For Direct & Indirect Taxes, Auditing.
For Accounting standards, i just need the book which should give the clarity of the concept in simple language with examples. Iam not taking the coaching and want to prepare on my own.

Plz help me in this regard.
