If someone is a partner in some partnership firm and is receiving interest on capital and the same person has been working as an employee with some pvt ltd company and is receiving salary, income tax return should be uploaded as in which of the ITR Form

You can file ITR 3 for a person have income from salary as well as from a partnership firm where he is a partner.
